Operating in London, their highly trained therapists come to the house with all the equipment needed to ensure the perfect treatment. Since starting in 2011, they are now a team of eight and continue to grow each month.
We talk to founder Claire Aggarwal about the secrets of her success…
PayPal: What have been your greatest successes?
Claire Aggarwal: We’ve grown quickly and had many highlights in our few short years as a business – helping out at Vogue’s Fashion Night Out, working with Radio One, treating celebrities and even royalty! It’s always rewarding to do a big event or a treatment for someone famous, it reminds us to be proud of how far we’ve come and the level of service we work so hard to achieve.
PP: What advice would you give to other small businesses and those thinking of taking the plunge and creating a start-up?
CA: Firstly, make sure you 100% love and believe in your idea. When you first start something you eat, breath and sleep it! You will be up at 4am trying to make things better. Secondly, speak to as many people as you can; write a list of your business idols, and get in contact with them. You’ll be surprised how many people are willing to help and offer advice.
PP: How have you worked with PayPal?
CA: We use
PayPal Here; an app that connects via Bluetooth to a chip and PIN card reader, and allows us to take debit card, credit card and PayPal payments whilst we are on the go in our clients’ homes. Before signing up we could only take cash or bank transfers, or customers could pay over the phone. We’d been waiting for someone to come into the market in the UK who we trusted. We offer such a high level of service, we would only partner with someone we knew could also deliver.
