More than 10M People Around The World Are Using One Touch™
Braintree and PayPal launched One Touch™ just eight months ago and have seen tremendous growth and adoption of a seamless checkout experience. In just over six months, more than 10 million consumers opted-in to use One Touch. Today, people across 23 countries are using it to quickly and securely check out online and on mobile, without having to type in any payment information, usernames or passwords. As One Touch gains momentum globally, PayPal is processing millions of One Touch transactions each month, showing true innovation at scale.

Today, more than 50% of the Internet Retailer 500 and more than 1 million business around the world have One Touch enabled. For eligible businesses, One Touch is automatically enabled and has also been proven to decrease shopping cart abandonment and increase conversion and engagement rates.

One Touch is one of the biggest changes to online shopping since PayPal pioneered digital payments more than a decade ago. Unlike online checkout tools that require a login and password, once a customer opts in, One Touch authenticates customer credentials for up to 6 months. Now, people don’t need to even login to check out, saving customers time and enabling people to better use those spare moments in their day to order dinner or do their Christmas shopping in just seconds. And on one of the last days for guaranteed shipping delivery before Christmas, being able to buy any last minute presents or Secret Santa in seconds means more time to spend with your family and loved ones.

PayPal merchants in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and US currently have access to One Touch.

Customers must have a PayPal account to checkout with One Touch. You can sign up for a PayPal account here and can learn more about One Touch at PayPal.com/OneTouch.
